TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the My Easy Yoga website, mobile site, and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), operated and owned by My Easy Yoga (hereinafter referred to as “My Easy Yoga”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and the services provided thereon, as set forth in Section I (Applicability) below.

This document constitutes an electronic record under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant rules framed thereunder. It does not require physical or digital signatures and is deemed to be executed electronically.

Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy (together referred to as the “Agreement”) carefully before using or registering on the Platform or accessing any services, content, or materials provided via the Platform. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform or by booking or availing any services therein, you agree to be legally bound by the Agreement and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract.

These Terms do not supersede or modify the terms of any other written agreement you may have entered into with My Easy Yoga for other services.

I. Applicability

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Service Providers: Individuals, professionals, organizations, or entities offering yoga or related wellness services on the Platform, either directly or through associates, employees, or partners (“Service Partners”, “you”, “your” or “Users”).
End-Users: Individuals accessing or registering on the Platform, and/or booking or availing services or products provided by My Easy Yoga or its Service Partners (“End-Users”, “you”, “your” or “Users”).

II. Membership & Services

Platform Services: You acknowledge that the Platform serves as a digital interface for accessing various wellness services and products either directly from My Easy Yoga or via third-party Service Partners. The following categories of services and offerings may be available:

a. Yoga and Wellness Services: Online or offline yoga classes, workshops, or related wellness sessions offered as one-time bookings or subscriptions, which may be pre-recorded or conducted live by instructors.

b. Subscription-Based Offerings: Plans granting you access to a package of digital wellness services, including recorded sessions, meditation guides, wellness routines, and live virtual classes.

c. Digital Content Services: Pre-recorded yoga videos, audio guides, mindfulness sessions, nutrition advice, and wellness-related tutorials accessible via the Platform either on a pay-per-use basis or through subscription plans.

d. Live Virtual Sessions: Real-time online yoga classes or consultation services conducted via video conferencing, facilitated by My Easy Yoga or affiliated Service Partners.

e. Merchandise and Products: Wellness-related products such as yoga mats, accessories, fitness equipment, and apparel available for purchase through the Platform.

f. Booking and Delivery Services: Tools for booking classes, scheduling virtual sessions, and tracking the delivery of products or services ordered via the Platform.

g. Usage Data and Reports: Generation and sharing of personalized reports or summaries relating to your use of the Platform’s services or products, including but not limited to class attendance, performance metrics, subscription details, and transaction summaries.

h. Premium Memberships: Optional access to exclusive features or content under membership programs offered by My Easy Yoga, subject to additional terms and pricing.
Promotions and Offers: If My Easy Yoga or any of its partners launches promotional campaigns, offers, or discounts after you have completed a purchase, you will not be entitled to the benefits of such offers retroactively. However, the Company may, at its sole discretion, extend such benefits to you on an opt-in or fee-based basis. All such campaigns are governed by their own terms and conditions, which shall apply in addition to the Terms outlined herein.

Memberships for Minors: From time to time, My Easy Yoga may offer special memberships designed for users under the age of 18. These memberships must be purchased by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child. By purchasing and allowing the child to use the membership, the guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
Fair Usage Policy: You agree to comply with the following fair usage guidelines:

a. Memberships: If you hold membership under our yoga or fitness services, you may only book and attend sessions at your designated slot — the one selected during purchase. Access to other slots or activities outside your purchase is not allowed unless specifically permitted. Bookings are limited as per your plan and are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Acceptance to requests to make any change will be at the discretion of My Easy Yoga.

b. Session Cancellations: You are allowed to cancel booked classes in accordance with the policies provided. However, frequent or last-minute cancellations may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of your membership. The number of sessions you may book, cancel, or reschedule shall be subject to the applicable terms of your subscription or service plan. My Easy Yoga shall not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or losses.
Pricing: The pricing for services listed on the Platform is determined either by My Easy Yoga or its Service Partners and may be subject to applicable taxes and additional charges as indicated during the booking or checkout process. We may levy a nominal, non-refundable platform fee to support the maintenance and enhancement of our services.
Subscription Options: Subscription options may include daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing cycles. For the purpose of such subscriptions, a “week” constitutes 07 calendar days, a “month” constitutes 30 calendar days, and a “year” constitutes 365 calendar days.
Service Terms: Any service booked or product ordered through the Platform is subject to the terms and conditions specified herein and may also be governed by specific policies provided by the relevant Service Partners, including but not limited to usage guidelines, cancellation rules, discounts, offers, and other promotional terms.

III. Payments, Transactions, and Refund

Payment Processing: All payments are to be made directly on the My Easy Yoga platform via secure third-party gateways. By providing payment details, you confirm:

a. You’re authorized to use the payment method.

b. The details are accurate and valid.

c. Any mobile or bank charges are your responsibility.
Payment Methods: Payment methods can be updated in your account settings.
Transaction Records: Receipts and payment summaries will be shown on your account and sent to your registered email after successful payment. Where applicable, we collect payments on behalf of service providers.
Failed Transactions: My Easy Yoga isn’t liable for failed payments due to:

a. Insufficient balance

b. Incorrect details

c. Expired payment instruments

d. External service disruptions
Unauthorized Payments: My Easy Yoga is not responsible for unauthorized transactions. Refunds will be issued only where legally required.
Refund Policy: All memberships, sessions, bookings, or classes you purchase are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly mentioned.
Account Termination: My Easy Yoga may terminate accounts without notice. If applicable, refunds or pro-rata amounts may be processed at our discretion.

IV. General Terms

A. My Easy Yoga Services and Third-Party Access

Scope of Services: My Easy Yoga primarily provides yoga, wellness, and fitness training through its digital platform or offline. These services may include, but are not limited to, live-streamed yoga classes, guided meditation, wellness tutorials, and pre-recorded content. All such services are delivered under the brand “My Easy Yoga.”
Third-Party Wellness Access: As part of certain subscription models or promotional arrangements, My Easy Yoga may provide users with access to third-party service providers, including but not limited to fitness centres, yoga studios, wellness instructors, or training facilities (“Third-Party Providers”). Users acknowledge and agree that My Easy Yoga does not operate, manage, or control the services, staff, or operations of these Third-Party Providers. Accordingly, My Easy Yoga disclaims all liability arising from the use of services offered by such providers, including issues relating to service quality, safety, or operational conduct.
Operational Hours and Availability: If you access any physical facility through a third-party offering, your access shall be limited to the operating hours of that facility. Please note that there may be time slots when trainers or staff may not be present. It is the user's responsibility to verify the schedule in advance, either through My Easy Yoga or the relevant provider.

B. Health

Health Confirmation: You confirm that you are in suitable health and physical condition to participate in yoga or wellness activities and that you are accessing services voluntarily and at your own risk and eligible as per the Eligibility defined in this document. By enrolling in or participating in any yoga, wellness, or fitness-related service offered by My Easy Yoga or its partners, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to bodily injury, physical strain, or emotional discomfort. These risks may exist even with supervision. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree that neither My Easy Yoga nor its affiliates, employees, partners, or associated providers shall be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation.
No Guarantees or Warranties: Neither My Easy Yoga nor its affiliates, partners, or third-party service providers guarantee the effectiveness, duration, suitability, or satisfaction of the services offered. Furthermore, we make no representation that the services are appropriate for any specific purpose or that participation will be risk-free or injury-free.

C. Liability

User Liability for Damages: If you cause any damage to the property including digital infrastructure, facilities, or equipment of any centre, studio, or venue accessed through My Easy Yoga or its third-party providers—whether by negligence, misuse, or otherwise—you shall bear full responsibility for the cost of repairs or replacements, as solely determined by the relevant entity. Any personal belongings you bring to such locations are your responsibility, and My Easy Yoga disclaims any liability for loss, damage, or theft.
Additional Terms for Third-Party Services: Your use of any service offered by third-party providers through My Easy Yoga also constitutes your agreement to any additional terms, conditions, codes of conduct, or house rules imposed by those providers. You are deemed to have read and accepted such terms if you proceed with booking or using the service. To the extent permitted under applicable law, your engagement with such services is at your own risk, and My Easy Yoga, its partners, and the third-party provider disclaim any express or implied warranties related to the services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Easy Yoga disclaims all liability for the conduct, services, performance, or representations of any third-party providers. We do not assume responsibility for the following:
i. Non-fulfillment of service commitments by third-party providers;
ii. Disputes between users and service providers;
iii. Quality, safety, or effectiveness of services offered;
iv. Misconduct or inappropriate behavior by third-party providers or their representatives;v. Any inconvenience, injury, or loss caused to the user due to such interactions or service deficiencies.

D. CONTENT RIGHTS

Consent to Share Health Records: By using our services, you give permission to share your health and wellness data with the platform, partners, and affiliated service providers to help us deliver personalized services.
Photo and Video Access: Our team may take photos or videos during sessions, either solo or in groups. These media may be shared on the community platform and can be tagged by users. Others who attended the session may also view, screenshot, or download this content. If you choose to tag yourself, your username and profile details will become visible to others. Additionally, you may upload your own media, which might also be found via third-party platforms such as search engines. We are not liable for any unauthorized use or modification of such media or content once made public.
Rights and Ownership: All intellectual property and content shared or created on the platform or related to My Easy Yoga remains the sole property of My Easy Yoga. By posting content on our platform. You confirm that any content you upload belongs to you and does not violate any rights or laws and you grant us and our partners a global, transferable, non-exclusive license to use, modify, display, and share your content across various platforms without requiring further permission or compensation.
Content is uploaded on platform related to My Easy Yoga for informational purposes only, and you are solely responsible for how you use or act upon such content. My Easy Yoga makes no representations or warranties regarding its accuracy, safety, or effectiveness.
My Easy Yoga may record audio and/or video of live Sessions for quality assurance, safety, or in the event of disputes or complaints. These recordings will be handled in accordance with our privacy policies.

E. CONDUCT

Code of Conduct: You are required to follow the community rules and behavioral guidelines at all yoga or fitness sessions, including those managed by our partners. Any breach of conduct may lead to termination of your account without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken if warranted
Prohibited Behavior: Users are strictly forbidden from posting any material related to the My Easy Yoga digitally on any web platform or on platform related to My Easy Yoga or in physical form for illegal or harmful purposes. This includes—but is not limited to—uploading abusive, obscene, or infringing content; impersonating others; uploading harmful software; violating data privacy; or disrupting platform operations.
My Easy Yoga reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable your account and/or impose cancellation penalties if you repeatedly cancel or miss Sessions, or if there is evidence of service misuse, non-compliance with platform policies, or inappropriate conduct.
We reserve the right to remove any content, restrict access, or take legal action in case of non-compliance with our terms, community standards, or applicable laws, as per India’s prevailing laws including the extant Information Technology Act and Guidelines.

F. TECHNOLOGY

Participation in Online Sessions may require specific software, hardware, or internet capabilities. You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements necessary for access.

V. ELIGIBILITY

a) Eligibility Criteria for Access and Use: To access and utilize the services offered through the My Easy Yoga platform (“Platform Services”), users must comply with the following conditions:

Age Requirement:
A. The Platform Services are not available to individuals under the age of 18 years. Users below this age are considered minors and are prohibited from registering or using any part of the Platform unless specifically permitted through a separate service or membership plan designed for minors, subject to parental or guardian consent and compliance with applicable termsB. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, competent to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law, and that you are not a person barred from receiving Platform Services under any governing laws or regulations. You also affirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the yoga and wellness activities made available through the Platform.
Jurisdictional Limitations:
A. If you reside in a region or jurisdiction where legal age restrictions or other limitations apply with respect to the use of online services or contractual participation, you must comply with those local laws. In the event of a violation of these terms by a minor, their parent or legal guardian shall be held fully responsible and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Easy Yoga and its affiliates, partners, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising therefrom.
Right to Restrict Access:
A. My Easy Yoga reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, suspend, or permanently revoke access to the Platform or any of its services to any user, without obligation to provide a reason.
Compliance and Enforcement:
A. Any breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or applicable rules, including unauthorized or non-compliant activity, may result in immediate termination of access. The Company also reserves the right to remove any content or information that violates its policies or disrupts Platform operations.
Account Restrictions:
A. Users may not create more than one active user account on the Platform. The transfer, sale, or assignment of an account to another individual is strictly prohibited. Impersonation of another individual, whether through false identity or misrepresentation, is also a violation of these terms and may lead to termination and/or legal action.
Health Acknowledgment
A. By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you have no known medical condition that would prevent or restrict your participation in yoga, meditation, or wellness practices. It is strongly advised that you consult with a medical professional before starting any new physical or wellness program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition or are undergoing medical treatment.
Accessibility and Special Needs: Users with disabilities or special accessibility requirements are encouraged to reach out to My Easy Yoga for assistance in accessing our online yoga services. Requests or concerns may be submitted via email at support@myeasyyoga.com. All users, including those with special needs or their legal guardians (where applicable), must adhere to the general Terms of Use and any additional policies communicated by the Company.

VI. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

a) Agreement to Terms: Access to and use of the Platform, its content, and services are subject to the express condition that you accept and comply with these Terms of Use in full. By using the Platform or any services therein—whether by browsing, registering, or participating in a session—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with any applicable supplemental policies.

b) Amendments and Updates: My Easy Yoga reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice. The most recent version of these Terms will be made available on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
